Join thought leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the commuter rail industry as we convene the first annual Commuter Rail Coalition Summit. The CRC Summit provides participants with an opportunity to re-connect with industry peers, explore the Caltrain corridor’s first-of-its-kind electrification project, and collaborate over today’s most pressing commuter railroad issues.
Join us November 14 – 16, 2022 for a series of round table discussions, fireside chats with industry leaders, and technical tours to prepare for both the challenges and the unprecedented opportunities our industry will encounter in the year ahead
WHAT to expect:
· Convene for two full days of robust content, peer-to-peer discussion, and technical tours, including Caltrain’s electrification project
· Connect with agency leadership, colleagues, and policymakers from around the country. Each day offers multiple opportunities to connect such as during Monday’s Opening Reception, at Tuesday’s Cocktail Hour and Awards Dinner, and as we explore the Caltrain corridor.
· Collaborate throughout our packed agenda, with ample networking opportunities to share best practices, learn with and from others in the industry, and take home lessons-learned to solve challenges and embrace opportunities.

All registrations must be submitted in advance. Due to capacity constraints there will be no on-site registration for this event.

11 am – 1 pm: Menlo Park Backup Control Center or DTX in San Francisco
Members are also welcome to attend the CRC Board Meeting Monday afternoon, 11/14
2:30– 5:00 pm: CRC Board Meeting, Caltrain HQ (RSVP required for building security and badging; space is limited)
Attire: Elevated business casual; closed toe shoes required for technical tours. PPE will be provided.
Event Registration Includes: Opening Reception, Awards Dinner and cocktail hour, breakfast and lunch both days, technical tours, and a content-rich suite of programming.

Registration fees are refundable for cancellations received NLT November 6, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed by mid-December.
Masking and vaccine policies for this event will follow local guidelines in place at the time. Please come prepared with proof of vaccination and mask(s) in case they are required.
